Successful Families Together can also work with schools and daycares to determine the best way to incorporate these plans into their daily routines.  Every child is an individual so there is not one plan that fits everyone and every situation. Helping teachers and staff work with individual children with their learning plans is something that will benefit each person involved.  Every child should be a part of the natural environment as much as possible.  It can e difficult to determine how best to incorporate a child with disabilities at times, but often with some creative thinking a plan can be created.
